At the Portsmouth Neuropsychology Center, we accept cash and check payments for services. We do not directly bill insurance; however, the Portsmouth Neuropsychology Center can assist families with the process of submitting claims to insurance.
Due to high demand and resulting long waits for our neuropsychology evaluations, we have instituted a deposit requirement to minimize no-shows and late cancellations, both of which prevent us from offering such time slots to other patients. Once you have scheduled with our office, please complete the information at PNC DEPOSIT to make your deposit of $500. The remaining balance is due in two installments (check or cash), with the second payment due at the initial intake and the final payment by the last testing session.
Unless you process your payment within 24 hours of booking, we will release your appointment. Once paid, your deposit is NOT refundable unless you provide our office at least 10 business days of advance notice prior to your appointment. To cancel your appointment, you must call our office at (603) 433-0800.
Payments for psychotherapy sessions are due at each session.
Payments for organizational coaching/tutoring sessions are due at each session.
